Do you ship worldwide?

Answer

Yes, I do ship worldwide. The postage amount is displayed with each item. Postage for all artist teddy bears includes insurance and your tracking information will be updated automatically against your purchase. Please note ~ Custom duties are the purchasers responsibility.

Do you design and make all the bears yourself ?

Yes ~ Although I attended Art College I am a completely self taught teddy bear artist. All the bears come from my own original hand drawn pattern designs and are made by my own hands. I do all the sewing, stuffing and I also make all their clothes, hats and accessories. I work alone so I do eveything, including sourcing all the fabrics, photogaphing the bears, packing and posting, answering emails and messages, admin and my accounts, unfortunately I even clean my own work room.

Where can I buy your work?

Everything I make is available direct from the Bear Treasures website shop, I often advertise available work on social media such as facebook or Instagram, but all purchases are made via my website shop. I do not supply any retail outlets. If you would like to know when I have new items available please do consider joining my mailing list.

What is the members area on your website?

Answer

The members area allows you to sign into a private account and keep a track on your order information and account details. The members area also provides you with the oppertunity to subscribe to the Bear Treasures Blog and leave comments. When the members area builds up I also plan to offer exclusive updates and promotions, so please do consider signing up.
